WHO WE ARE

In 2013, the grants committee of The Hemophilia Alliance, was incorporated as the Hemophilia Alliance Foundation and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

The Hemophilia Alliance was incorporated in 2005 as a nonprofit organization for hemophilia treatment centers. Together, the treatment centers are responsible for purchasing clotting factors and related products more efficiently. The Hemophilia Alliance dedicated its discretionary revenue to the inheritable blood disorders communities. The first grants awarded in 2009 totaled $250,000. Since 2009, the Hemophilia Alliance Foundation has granted more than $8,260,000. In 2023, the grant awards totaled $897,575.
