Innovation Grant Final Report

Grant recipients are required to submit a final report on completion of the project. The report must follow the format below, and must be submitted electronically by September 15th, 2024 at 11:59 PDT.

The Hemophilia Alliance Foundation Board expects projects to be completed in the grant-year timeline.

Failure to submit a Final Report will result in ineligibility to apply for a grant the following year.
